Terms & Conditions

Effective from 2nd June 2025

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by I Love to Pamper by Catherine. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms:


Bookings

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, in advance, or on the day if available.

  • Your therapist will aim to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled appointment.

  • Clients are expected to be ready to begin treatment at the agreed time.

  • In the rare event that a therapist is delayed by more than 1 hour, you are entitled to cancel the appointment and receive your deposit back.


Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £10 charge.

  • A £10 deposit is required to secure all advanced bookings.


Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is permitted for late arrivals.

  • Any time beyond this will be deducted from your treatment duration.


Allergies and Contraindications

  • Clients must inform the therapist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect the treatment.

  • A patch test must be carried out at least 24 hours prior to any treatment that requires one.

  • The therapist cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities if prior information was not disclosed.

  • Consent forms must be completed before treatment. If information is not provided accurately, the business accepts no liability.


Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

  • Any form of abuse or aggressive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the treatment.

  • The therapist reserves the right to refuse service in such cases.


Confidentiality and Media

  • All personal information shared with the therapist is treated as confidential and stored securely, unless disclosure is required by law.

  • If you do not wish for photos to be used for promotional purposes, please indicate this on your consultation card prior to treatment.


Payments and Fees

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and valid gift vouchers.

  • A £10 deposit is required for all advance bookings.

  • Additional charges apply:

    • £10 surcharge for Sunday or bank holiday bookings

    • Minimum booking of £30 applies for appointments within a 1–3 mile radius


Accidents and Incidents

  • Any accidents or injuries must be reported and recorded in the therapist’s accident book, including the date, time, and nature of the incident.


Eligibility for Treatment

  • Clients must complete a medical and contraindication form before receiving any treatment.

  • Patch testing is required at least 24 hours before any chemical-based treatments.

  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent to receive treatments.


Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are available for purchase via the website or in person.

  • All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Returns and Refunds

  • Opened or unsealed beauty products are non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please speak directly with the therapist who will do their best to resolve the issue.

  • Treatment results may vary from client to client and satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.


Loyalty Cards

  • Loyalty cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
